My Story

With 20+ years’ experience in a successful marketing career, I decided to channel my personal passion and embark on a mission close to my heart to become a Certified Health Coach for Women. My own health struggles, along with my mom's battle with cancer, and a genuine passion for demystifying the stigma associated with menopause and overall health in our prime time years is what brings me to you today!

Watching my courageous and rock star of a mom battle breast, lung, and colon-rectal cancer and beat them all became a profound moment for me. Witnessing her journey made me truly appreciate how crucial lifestyle choices and habits are in overcoming such challenges. Her nutrition, mindset and physical activity all played a vital role in supporting her overall well-being. She was still swinging golf clubs and working out until she was one of the first to unfortunately lose their life to COVID-19 in March 2020. She was 83 years young.

Now in my early 50s, I continue a healthy lifestyle but I also suffer from some of the same challenges many women over 40 face, like weight gain, hormone imbalance, lack of quality sleep, low energy, brain fog, hot flashes, and stress.

I am simply amazed that in today’s world, women have very little answers regarding their health during their prime time years and are still meant to feel ashamed and embarrassed. With so little answers, education and support, we are scrolling through TikTok and Instagram to find the answers we need, like finding the best supplement out there to improve sleep, brain fog and reduce stress. Crazy, right?

I cannot wait to be your dedicated coach and unwavering advocate, committed to supporting and educating you every step of the way on your journey towards enhancing your health. I also hope to be a voice for our generation to help change the narrative and advance women’s health so our next generation of daughters will be educated and get the care we all deserve.
